Kate Gosselin Is Considered Too Controversial For Pilot
So it turns out Kate Gosselin will not be in a show with Paula Deen after all. It turns out that TV executives think she’s too controversial.
In September, she shot a pilot with Paula for a show that is described as “The View” for working moms.
It is still on the schedule to be sold at the convention where TV shows are pitched, but an insider said there is little chance it will make it.
Meanwhile Kate will just have to make do with her reality show as a newly, divorced single mom with TLC.
Whew! To be honest, I’m personally glad this show might not happen. Paula Deen is way more entertaining than Kate Gosselin and for them to co-host a show together might not be the right formula.
