Tom Cruise Accused of Spying, Illegal Wiretapping
He doesn’t just play one in the movies, people! At least that’s what some guy named Michael Davis Sapir says about Tom Cruise. Sapir filed a lawsuit accusing Cruise and his team of spying on him and illegally tapping his phone. Who is this guy and why would Cruise want to spy on him?
Per Us Weekly, back in 2001 Sapir alleged he had a tape confirming a homosexual relationship with Tom. Tom sued him for $100 million. The case was settled with both parties admitting no such tape existed. Now Sapir is suing Tom for $5 million alleging that Tom, his lawyer and a private investigator spied on him and tapped his phone. And we thought the most scandalous thing involving Tom Cruise this year was that his three-year-old daughter wears heels…
