Jennfer Lopez Is Changed By Motherhood
Jennifer Lopez says being a mom to twins Max and Emme has changed her.
In an interview with Allure magazine, she said: “To a certain extent, having children did change me, but it made me want to look at the places that I wasn’t great and learn to love myself and take care of myself more.”
It also seems that marriage has made her less focused on her figure. She says that Marc Anthony has boosted her self-confidence since she had the babies.
“I’m not the monster I used to be in the exercise department,” Lopez said. “You get past your 20s, you’ve got kids, you’re kind of unmotivated.
“You want to be healthy and look good, but you want to do the least amount to maintain that.”
Now that I’ve read this last statement I can picture Jennifer sitting on the couch and eating a bag of chips.
