Will Elin Be Moving To Her Sweden Island Estate Soon?
Will Elin Nordegren be moving to her new island estate in Sweden anytime soon? Doubtful. Although the real estate deal went through on December 1st – soon after the Tiger Wood’s saga hit the world – it is being reported that she had been in negotiations for quite a while.
So why doesn’t she flee and take refuge is this secluded new house which is reachable only by boat? ‘Cos it’s a dump!
The above photo doesn’t make it look so bad but TMZ has some interior shots which don’t show it in the best light. It looks like $2.2 million doesn’t buy much house, but it does come with 59 acres, so it’s more of a land deal. What’s wrong with this home on Faglaro Island? The six-bedroom home – which was once a farm – has holes in the walls, an outdated kitchen, and smoke stains on the wall. Yeah, it’s a fixer upper for sure. So Elin will have to wait for her island escape, get those contractors out there stat! And a couple other added non-bonuses? You can only get to the estate by ferry and in the winter the water freezes over so it’s only accessible by hydrocopter. And you can only have indoor pluming from May to October. Yowza.
