Elton John Still Wants To Adopt
Elton John and his partner David Furnish were thwarted in their attempt to adopt a child earlier this year. Though they didn’t get the outcome they wanted they still have hopes of sharing their love with a child.
Elton is considered too old to adopt by Ukrainian law and he can’t adopt with his partner because their union isn’t recognized by law.
They are taking time to weigh their options and see what is going to work out best for them. Right now they play a “Guardian” role in Lev and his brother life, “like uncles”, but is it going to be enough.
They may have better luck if they look closer to home for a child to adopt. There are plenty of kids that need good homes and a loving environment to grow up in.
