This Week: Gisele Makes a Baby & a Load of Cash
Wow, Gisele Bundchen had a busy busy week. Not only did she give birth to her first child with hubby Tom Brady, but she made a cool $8 million profit without having to lift a finger. How did she cash in?
By selling her New York City Townhouse. She bought the four-bedroom, six bathroom house -which has seven wood burning fireplaces and an elevator – in the West Village for $5.8 million four years ago. This week it sold for a whooping $13.95. She also sold a Manhattan penthouse apartment for $4.4 million last month. Why is she selling her properties? Her and her husband are doing some house hunting in the Boston area for their family…but they got the cash to pick up there dream house don’t they?
