“Daddy Doesn’t Love You!” – The Eddie Cibrian Divorce Gets Ugly
It looks like all is fair in love, war and custody battles. Love and war, those but get messy but divorce proceedings? They can get ugly.
The other day there was a court declaration filed by the CSI: Miami star Eddie Cibrian that made some pretty damning claims against his estranged wide Brandi Glanville.
According to the papers files, the star said that his wife was “verbally abusive”, hit him and then screaming to their son Jake that “Daddy does not love you!” while swearing up a storm. He said in the filing:
“She is enraged at the way in which our marriage ended. In her rage she has resorted to physically attacking me, mentally abusing me, vandalizing my motorcycle, speaking badly about me in front of our minor children and talking to tabloid magazines in order to further embarrass me.
And his wife to her anger out on his Harleys. He said, “On or about August 2, 2009, the Respondent in a fit of rage, slashed the tires on my Harley Davidson Motorcycles. After I confronted her, she admitted that she had in fact slashed my tires. She told me that it made her feel better that she slashed my tires.”
Brandi has said that doing that “felt awesome,“ saying “Yes, I slashed his Harley tires. He broke my heart, so I broke his Harleys.”
Eddie would like to share the kids saying after the divorce, “I have repeatedly asked (Brandi) to agree on a co-parenting plan that will allow our minor children to spend time with both respondent and myself equally,” he wrote. “Unfortunately [Brandi] is too angry with me to think what is in the best interest of our children… [she] is allowing her emotional rage over the breakup of our marriage to blind her from what is in the best interest of our children.”
Yeah, this is going to be one ugly divorce.
