jon gosselin court 300x279 Jon Gosselin is Above the Law, ApparentlyTLC, the network – not what will make me feel better, filed a suit against Jon Gosselin back in October regarding television appearances that were non-compatible to his contract.

Needless to say Jon was mighty irked.  His attorney Mark Heller claimed that, “Jon will vigorously defend against this baseless action…”

Today was the court date.

Guess who vigorously defended himself against baseless action by not showing up?  Give up?  Jon Gosselin!  I can’t believe you didn’t get that, I thought I was being pretty clear.  Even money he stayed home upon realizing that Ed Hardy doesn’t make ties.

Gosselin’s legal representation told the judge that they don’t plan to call any witnesses and the case continued.

Ah, justice.
