Pauly Shore Sues Brother Over The Care of Their Mother
There is some big old family drama happening in the Pauly Shore family. The actor/comedian is suing his own brother over the care of their mom. Why can’t these battling brothers just get along?
Well apparently they couldn’t resolve their issues via old-fashioned conversation and discussion and that lawyers have been enlisted to negotiate their problems. According to Radaronline.com, Pauly has filed a lawsuit claiming elder abuse saying that his brother is mistreating his mom Mitzi Shore – who is suffering from Parkinson’s Disease – and that she has been “rendered susceptible to unscrupulous behavior and other undue influence because of her condition.”
Pauly, his brother Peter and mom Mitzi are the Directors of The Comedy Store and there has been some issues with the family business with Pauly being “improperly” from the board of directors. Pauly also claims that his brother won’t provoide financial information to him.
Oh, why can’t they all just get along.

While lawsuits can be costly, they are a civilized way to handle a stalemate. Would you rather they “took it outside”? If elder abuse is happening, refusing to rock the boat for the sake of “getting along” would be a great injustice to the parent.
