Yes, it looks like the primary caregiver will be Kate Gosselin, but that doesn’t mean the kids wouldn’t want dad around every now and then…living, breathing and very much alive.
There are countless pictures of this reality star smoking. But since he generally has to go outside to indulge – and outside is where the paps are – then these precious moments between him and his Marlboros are shared with the world. But really, is it just a way to keep in camera’s frame or does he really have that big of a nicotine addiction?
