Courtney Cox Returns to Cougar Town – The Show, Not the State of Mind
Courtney Cox is back on the set of Cougar Town. The actress had to leave the ABC show briefly last week to attend to an undisclosed ‘family matter.’ We saw an ad for this show the other night, and I tried to explain what a ‘cougar’ was to my 11-year-old but it sounded so unsavory I just told her it was a comedy about a big cat that takes over a city.
The nature of Cox’ family issue wasn’t disclosed but her reps confirm to People magazine that the actress and her family, husband David Arquette and daughter Coco, are fine. The networks says the show will resume production Nov. 30 following an already-planned weeklong break for Thanksgiving.
