Tori’s Birthday Gift To Dean (PHOTOS)

SPL140853_024Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling spent a night out at the restaurant Katsuya in Hollywood this weekend.

Dean wore a birthday necklace that Tori made for him. Dean’s birthday was November 16, making him now 43.
