Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling spent a night out at the restaurant Katsuya in Hollywood this weekend.
Dean wore a birthday necklace that Tori made for him. Dean’s birthday was November 16, making him now 43.
That necklace is…errr…how should I say…interesting!
