Whenever I see a picture of Katie Holmes and Suri, Katie Holmes always wears thick jackets, sweaters, boots over her pants etc. and Suri usually has no socks or no jacket on. I know you have to pick your battles, and kids have their own mind about what they want to wear, but Suri just has to be *cold* all the time!
