Doesn’t it seem like just yesterday Dakota Fanning was just a wee child annoying delighting us by playing the kid in seemingly every movie ever made?  Well apparently she’s all grown up. Sort of. The 15-year-old will make out with another actress in the upcoming “The Runaways.” Who will she smooch?
