Spawn of ex-Presidential Nominee John Kerry, 36-year-old Alexandra Kerry, was stopped early this morning on suspicion of DUI.  Which might explain something about the last scandal she was involved in.

Remember her inappropriately see-through attire at the Cannes Film Festival? Perplexing at the time but not anymore. Perhaps another instance of DUI: Dressing Under the Influence.

Regardless, her father — together with his current wife TeresaHeinz Kerry — is worth almost $1 billion. Couldn’t she afford a car service?
