Richie Sambora and Daughter Ava Under a New Moon
Richie Sambora and his daughter Ava, 12, hit the premiere of ‘The Twilight Saga: New Moon’ in Westwood on Monday. Ava is the spitting image of her mom, Heather Locklear. Sambora was unflatteringly compared to someone else on another website. They blame the weave, but I say Richie needs to go lighter on the lipstick.
Sambora is getting ready to tour with Bon Jovi, and Locklear is gearing up for her return to Melrose Place. Ava was recently asked which of her famous parents’ footsteps she’d be following in. “I love music,” she said, “but I really like acting.” Livin’ on a prayer!

He just has quite bright lips and he’s constantly licking them (a habit Cher taught him unfortunately because she always said it looks better in photos, now Richie can’t stop doing it). As for the hair, that’s all his because you can see where it’s been teased to oblivion lol. It’s just been teased a little too much
He actually looks great and the glasses are to hide the baggage (or ‘Louis Vuittons’ as he said on NBC philadelphia) because the band only just got back from Germany last week so they have been really badly jetlagged
Just thought I’d add my two cents worth, for what that’s worth :) Just think it’s great that even though he was completely exhausted he still made an effort to do something great with his daughter when they could easily have just had an early night. He knew she was desperate to go.
