infphoto 1109391 253x30011 Jon Gosselins Handwritten Contract With Kate MajorA handwritten contract written by Jon Gosselin has emerged. When he was running around with Kate Major, he signed a secret agreement with her stating that she would be his personal assistant.

Click on to see parts of the contract obtained by Radaronline.com. I think it looks like it was written on a paper napkin!

“I, Jon Gosselin, will employ Kate Major as a personal assistant,” Jon wrote on the document dated July 28, 2009. Jon pledged for Kate to handle “some but not all future accounts” in a paragraph notable for its scratched out section.

He also writes, “She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement.”

In her part of the contract Kate wrote, “Jon and I will not comment publicly about our relationship.”

However Jon denied any hanky panky with Kate, resulting with her going on TV shows crying about it.

RadarOnline.com reports that this document is likely the centerpiece in a new lawsuit against Jon for breach of contract and fraud. TLC is suing Jon and could use this as ammunition.
