Lindsay Lohan’s Dad May Do Jail Time Due to Leaked Tapes

Lindsay Lohan may get some sweet, sweet justice. Her dastardly daddy Michael Lohan may be looking at jail time for his newest shenanigans. 

Lindsay’s estranged dad has been leaking tapes of his phone conversations with his daughter and ex-wife Dina. But leaking the tapes isn’t what may send him to the slammer, it’s that he was talking to his ex on the phone in the first place.

Back in 2005, Dina Lohan had obtained a protective order which barred Michael Lohan from communicating with Dina by email or phone until 2011.  The tapes that are released are reportedly from 2008.

And mama Dina is on it, TMZ is reporting that she’s been in contact with the cops on the matter.
