Taylor Swift Spoofs Kate Gosselin On SNL (Video)
In case you missed Taylor Swift’s appearance on SNL over the weekend, you missed a pretty hilarious skit spoofing Kate Gosselin’s pointless PR tours, obsession with fame, and, of course, her infamous reverse-mullet hairstyle. Was Taylor mean enough to pull it off?
Of all people to take a dig at Kate Gosselin, or anybody aside from Kanye West for that matter, Taylor Swift just doesn’t seem like the type who would want to pile on. Still, she managed a pretty faithful representation — which is pretty much enough to mock her.
The skit lampooned Kate’s multiple appearances on The View, although they didn’t managed to directly mock Kate’s tearful performance on TLC’s Kate’s Story. The SNL crew did a pretty awesome job recreating the studio and managed to slam all of the ladies on The View appropriately, I thought.
While Taylor gave a surprisingly good Kate impersonation, she definitely got out shined by Kristen Wiig’s Elizabeth Hasselbeck, or Keenan Thompson’s Whoopi Goldberg. Enjoy the Kate bashing.

What the hell does Taylor Swift know about Kate Gosselin?? I would think her of all people WOULDN’T be one to bash people after the whole Kanye thing but apparently she doesn’t care. Doesn’t ANYONE think of how this will effect her kinds in a couple years? Leave the woman alone, at least she’s supporting her kids. Unless you have 8 children to support ON YOUR OWN keep your mouths shut. I’d like to see you raise 8 children, plus yourself on a nurses income, it wouldn’t happen. But oh wait..then you’d be bitching because she doesn’t spend any time with her kids….hm…
