levi johnston sue cust 300x214 Levi Johnston Will Sue for Joint Custody of TrippThere is now a new round in the Levi Johnston vs. The Palins battle.

Aspiring actor, soon to be nudie model, and baby daddy Levi Johnston will be reportedly suing for joint custody of son Tripp, the boy he had with ex fiancée Bristol Palin.

Levi told the press that… “It’s not working. I’m done. It’s going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge.” I wonder if he’s going to use the big Sarah Palin secrets he supposedly knows as currency in the negotiations. Either way, I don’t think either side will be going down without a fight.
