blanket paris prince michael 287x300 Debbie Rowe Takes Michael Jacksons Family Back To CourtDebbie Rowe, the biological mother of Michael Jackson’s two oldest children, says that she hasn’t seen her children in four months.  She’s taking the issue to court.

Rowe says that she worked out a deal with Katherine Jackson after Michael Jackson’s death that would allow her visitation with Prince Michael and Paris.  The agreement also stipulated that the children would meet with a family court psychiatrist.  Rowe believed that a psychiatrist would be helpful in introducing her into her biological children’s lives.

The original agreement also stipulated that Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson’s father, would have nothing to do with Michael and Debbie’s kids.  Michael talked extensively about Joe Jackson’s abusive behavior when he was alive.

Now, Rowe claims that the Jackson family hasn’t held  up their end of the agreement and she’s instructed  her lawyer to take the issue back to a family court judge.

Rowe says that she hasn’t seen the children since Michael Jackson’s death.  One scheduled meeting was canceled by Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother and the children’s legal guardian, and no subsequent meetings have been allowed.  Rowe also seems to be concerned about the fact that Joe Jackson has had extensive access to the children, including spending time with them recently at Hayvenhurst, the Jackson family compound, er, home.

A source close to the family told one reporter that “Those kids should not be in that house.  All that’s talked about is money, Michael’s money, and how to get it. The kids are very sweet now. But they’ll be ruined if they turn into Jacksons.”

[...] Michael Jackson made his strained relationship with his father well known when he was alive, talking frequently about the abusive nature of his father’s behavior when he was growing up.  Even after his death, the biological mother of two of his children, Debbie Rowe, sought to keep Joe Jackson away from Michael’s children. Britt Reints, how do you know what is being discussed at the Encino compound? Have you been living there or closely connected to someone living there?

Michael’s children are old enough to have a say in visitations with their biological mom. I believe Katherine Jackson is doing an excellent job with the children and Ms. Rowe and all of us should leave them alone and let them grieve in peace. I believe it would be very bad for the children to see Ms. Rowe at this time and also I am sure it would be very hard for her to explain to her children her absence in their lives. Give them both time and privacy. Also, someone should given Joe Jackson credit for making all of his children a success. While we may not agree with his methods, I believe he did his best. I believe he is grieving just as much as the rest of his family. Peace!

Was under the impression that at the time of this arrangement it was stressed that Prince and Paris do not according to the law have to have any contact with their unknown mother. They will be able to decide for themselves when they are older. Have also read that under Californian law visitation can be halted if deemed to be harmful to the children’s emotional wellbeing etc., Debbie suggested a psychiatrist. After trying to have them snatched away from their beloved father three times before his death should think they need help!!! If they need a shrink it is because of her.
