kate kids 282x300 Kate Gosselin Trick Or Treats Without CamerasIf all goes as planned, there will be no pictures of Kate Gosselin’s Halloween costume.  The reality TV star has finally managed to do something normal with her kids without the paparazzi getting involved.

Of course, just because we don’t have pictures doesn’t mean we don’t know the details of how Kate Plus 8 spent Halloween.

A friend of Kate’s reports that “this year, she was able to go trick-or-treating without paparazzi, just like a normal mom.”

Without the cameras in tow, Kate dressed up as a glamorous witch (I’m not even going to touch that one) and took her sextuplets out trick-or-treating in their very own Pennsylvania neighborhood.

Alexis was a witch (like mom), Hannah a Spanish princess, Aaden a pirate, Collin was Spider-Man, Leah was a kitty and Joel was Batman.  Yes, that’s only 6 of the 8 children that Kate and Jon Gosselin share.  The 8-year old twins ditched the family and went trick-or-treating with friends.  Cara was a ghost and Mady was the devil.

I have a hard enough time coming up with two costumes a year for my children.  Can you imagine finding eight different Halloween costumes?

All opinions about children living on TV, Kate’s parenting and Jon’s girlfriend troubles aside, I think we can all agree that the Gosselin kids getting a photog free Halloween night is a good thing.
