Apparently Tim Daly made a statement earlier this year that he hated working with babies, because really, who doesn’t. Everything is on their schedule and revolves around when you can get their scene done.

But he didn’t mean it like that. He just meant that he feels bad for them. “It was only true in the sense that I feel bad for the little ones on a film set because they’re babies and they should be at home playing and crawling around on the floor. Actually, I love babies, I love being with them.”

Tim’s own kids are 20 and 25, but said becoming a parent was a defining point in his life.

“I was a little bit of a slob who was sort of surrounded by dirty laundry. I can trace the exact moment that I became a tidy human being and that moment was the day my son Sam was born.”

That’s 25 years of being tidy. That’s a pretty good record, hopefully he was able to pass that on to both son and daughter.
