Michelle Obama suggests that it’s actually easier to balance life now because she has a full staff at her disposal.  (Note to self: get staff)  She also admits that she has always relied on an extensive support system of family.

But what Michelle Obama credits as the biggest thing that helped her keep her sanity was putting her children first, and then putting herself second - not seventh.

Mrs. Obama reminds all mothers that we have to take care of ourselves if we’re going to be able to take care of the people who count on us, including our children.

I’m calling my husband right now and telling him that Michelle Obama told me to get a massage.
