Sean Penn’s Son Gets Arrested At School

According to reports, Cops read Sean Penn’s 16-year old son Hopper Jack his rights at his swanky Malibu high school sometime last week. Bummer.

Did Hopper get into a fight? Or did he get a little careless with his dope like stoner Jeff Spicoli, his father’s breakout role in Fast Times?

So far, no information has be released by the family, and the LA county Sheriff’s office can’t release any details about the arrest because of Hopper Jack’s minor status.

So, aside from Radar’s inside sources, there’s really not much to go on.

Not to oversimplify or anything, but it looks like maybe Hopper Jack might be going through a difficult time because of his parents’ pending divorce. Earlier this year, Sean and Robin announced that they were splitting up (again), then decided to reconcile (again).

More recently, Robin put her foot down and said that she’s through with Sean. Maybe Hopper Jack is acting out?
