Lil Wayne Is In Trouble Again

Lil Wayne is in trouble again. He’s headed to jail on a reduced sentence on gun charges, but now he’s being charged with copyright infringement.

Thomas Marasciullo is claiming that he was asked to record “Italian” spoken-word recordings in 2006 for Cash Money Records. He says the recordings were used on Lil Wayne’s album Like Father, Like Son.

His recording wasn’t just used on one of Lil Wayne’s  tracks, but on four of them. He also says it was used on Birdman’s 5 (Star) Stunna album.

Lil Wayne doesn’t have any money to spare. He has 4 kids he needs to provide for and needs all the money he can get.
