Kate Hudson Stops Drinking To Lose Weight
We knew Kate Hudson was looking especially thin lately, and it seems this time around it has nothing to do with working out.
Kate told Elle that she lost weight in order to play a cancer victim in an upcoming project. How did the weight come off? Kate brags that all she had to do to shed 20 lbs was stop drinking. Although, maybe brag isn’t the right word. Hudson says, “I love my glass of wine. I love tequila,” and “To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage! I’m not sure I’ve ever done that.”
People reported that Kate “shows off her svelte figure” in a photo spread for Elle.
So, let me get this straight. The 30 year old mother of a six year old sacrifices booze for a few weeks, drops 20 lbs so that she more closely resembles a cancer victim, and we all applaud how great she looks?
I adore Kate Hudson, but this whole story leaves me thoroughly confused on whether I should drink less or more.
