Ashlee Simpson & Pete Wentz Selling Their Non-Kid Friendly House
In the market for a 5,896-square foot mansion that just happens to have a star studded pedigree? Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and hubby Pete Wentz are putting their big ole’ Beverly Hills home on the market. Why? They’d like something a wee bit more kid friendly. A source told Life and Style Magazine that, “The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn’t really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older, they realized that really isn’t a child-friendly house.” They continued to say, “they are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children.”
And if case you are interested in this property you would probably like to know that the house has “four floors, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a media room, gym, swimming pool and a two-story guesthouse.”
The house was reportedly purchased for $4.5 million by Simpson back in 2007. Wonder if they’ll be able to make a profit in this economic climate.
