Octomom Lost 145 Pounds?
Nadya Suleman lost 145 pounds in 9 months. How on earth did she do that?
She says she weighed more than 270 pounds while she was pregnant, but lost an initial 40 after giving birth. I’m guessing that was a relief to lose that 40.
You want to know how she did it? I bet she’d sell you a book full of her weight loss tips.
Nadya says it was as simple as eating 5 small meals a day and hitting the gym 3 times a week.She gets enough cardio by chasing after the kids so she concentrates on strength training.
That’s not what the rumor mill says. I think it would be so hard to get rid of all of that extra, stretched out skin.
Do you think she’ll get a book deal out of this?

RP commented on Oct 26 09 at 4:34 pmIt isn’t too hard to lose weight after a baby if all you put on was weight from the baby. Her before pictures look just like this after photo. I think the bigger question should be, who gives a damn what this person does? And why she is famous again?
