The Nicole Richie and Joel Madden Playground (Photos)
Sure some kids play in Central Park or Golden Gate Park but some Los Angeles children will have the opportunity to play in the Richie-Madden Children’s Playground.
Nicole Richie and her other more tattooed half Joel Madden spoke at a ceremony at the Karsten Neighborhood Resource Center this week. They atteneded an event in honor of the play space that the two are responsible for creating.
The safe and green playground will be part of the Beyond Shelter revitalization project in South LA. This is a fifty unit housing complex that will be built to help homeless families.
Pretty cool that they’re doing so much for the less fortunate. Hopefully lots of kids will have oodles of good clean fun at the Richie-Madden playground.
