Katherine Heigl Struggles With Naliegh
Oh, look at that sweet little face. It’s so nice to hear that Naleigh is doing so well after her surgery earlier this summer.
It also looks like Katherine Heigl is adjusting well to motherhood. Though I do have to say that the car seat she’s carrying looks just a little heavy.
I never had a car seat like that with my kids, how long can you use them like that? It seems like at some point you would just take the kid out of it altogether and carry her, or walk if she’s walking.
What do I know? My kids were both walking before 11 months so they never wanted to be carried.
When did your kids start walking?

Lillian commented on Oct 20 09 at 12:58 pmI read that Naleigh underwent surgery for two holes in her heart when she was 2 to 3 months old so she is a little behind in her development but is growing stronger by the day. In those pics Katie is carrying her baby into her house trying to avoid the paparazzi.
Ali commented on Oct 20 09 at 3:20 pmMany children from orphanages walk late. One of mine was 18 months old and not crawling well. This child is also delayed physically from her heart ailment. Not every child walks at the same time. The range is 8-18 months. Besides, the kid was barefoot and Heigl is a big strong lady who cnan handle that carrier, they are not that heavy and her baby is very small for her age, maybe 15 pounds or so.

So nice to see that you are one of those Mothers who’s children did things oh before a certain age – get over yourself babies do things a different ages and babies/children need to be sitting in the right size car seat according to their weight. Sure looks like she is either getting out of our getting into her car, and that car seat pops off of a holder!
Trix commented on Feb 18 10 at 12:36 pmI under stand that is a proper car seat. I was asking how long you can carry kids in them, because I used a different, proper car seat. I am not one of those mothers whose kids did things early. My kids didn’t talk until 2.5, and couldn’t read when they went to kindergarten. I was making a statement to the effect that I wasn’t sure about those car seat because mine always wanted to run around.
I am from the era of having a 6.5 and 4 yo as we speak.
I’m sorry you felt like you had to unload all your anger here, you should probably deal with whatever is making you really angry and not yell at me. You’ll feel better.
