How does one get ready to shed their clothes for Playgirl?  Simple.  You work out like crazy and eat moose meat.  That’s exactly how Levi Johnston, 19, plans to prepare.

Marvin Jones, Levi’s personal trainer, said, “Moose meat is very good for you, high in protein and very lean.  He’s an avid hunter, so he has his own.”

Johnston has also adjusted to a 3,500-calorie low-carb diet and a grueling workout schedule.  He spends three hours a day, six days a week in the gym, as well as cardio training and then rests in the sauna.

His trainer added, “I’m not trying to give him a body builder’s look.  He’s going to be more toned and more defined.  I’d like to see him with rounder and more muscular shoulders, with a fuller chest.  We’re going to firm his abs up, [and give him a] smaller waist.”

Levi is determined to get into the best shape he can for the photo shoot – so determined in fact, that he made himself sick during his second workout week.

“I know that’s something he wants to do and we’re having fun training,” added Jones.  We’re looking forward to revealing all his hard work!”

Levi is father to son Tripp, who he had with Bristol Palin.  I’m always curious as to whether or not parents who pose nude for a public magazine, tell their children?  Obviously, since Tripp is just a baby, that conversation won’t come up for a while, but will it ever?
