Well, it might have only been a half lap, but still, it’s the effort that counts, right? Katie Holmes and daughter Suri, 3, were spotted at a track field in Boston, Massachusetts on Monday (October 12).

The mother-daughter duo ran a bit until Suri fell and hurt her knee, but mommy made it all better!
Cute pics! I love that Katie has to carry Suri’s doll, even while they’re running.
