No Justice for Kate Yet – Gosselin Hearing Delayed
Sorry Kate, you’re going to have to wait for justice. Hopefully your bill collectors are a patient bunch.
The hearing that was scheduled today to address the issue of Jon Gosslein allegedly emptying their joint bank account of $230,000 is being delayed. Why? The judge had a “family emergency”, a very sad one at that. TMZ is reporting that Judge Arthur Tilson’s wife died of cancer this morning. The hearing will now be probably be rescheduled for next week, at the earliest. But as TMZ notes, right now there isn’t an order in place saying that Jon can’t spend the money that he has in hands, I smell an Ed Hardy shopping spree!
