Is K-Fed a Home Wrecker?
Apparently, K-Fed doesn’t know how to keep a clean house. Kevin Federline, the father of Britney Spears sons deserted a rental home in Tarzana, California and the scene wasn’t pretty. The landlords of the property are claiming that K-Fed split without paying the last six months of rent but that’s not the worst of it – the place was a wreck. They are demanding $110,0661 for the damages and the unpaid rent. What kind of damage did K-Fed allegedly do?
“- Gutters full of cigarette butts and empty beer bottles
- A broken beer dispenser on the barbecue island
- Permanent spit marks on exterior paint
- Broken light covers
- Bent light posts
- Broken tiles
- Dead trees and plants due to failure to water
- Drawings all over the walls
- A room that was turned into a studio (without the owners’ permission)
- Broken dishwasher … with broken baskets
- Dismantled smoke detectors
- Front driveway oil-leak damage
- Master bathroom windows tinted (without owners’ permission)”
Would you want your kids frolicking in a cigarette strewn yard with empty beer bottles and dangerous broken tiles and planters and exposed electrical wires?
You can see pics of the damage done of the outside of the property here.
