Oh those Gosselins, why can’t those crazy kids play nice? And I’m not talking about the eight children, it’s the parents who really need a time out.  As previously reported, Jon Gosselin drained the joint bank account he shared with Kate of $200,000. Yeah, that’ll keep him in plenty of designer duds and Gucci sneakers.

But you know that Kate ain’t gonna take that laying down.  This morning Kate took to the airwaves with an exclusive interview with the Today show. Apparently, it was an interview that was already scheduled but whatever topic was to be previously discussed was scraped with this new bombshell.

Jon totally broke the divorce proceedings rules in regards to the bank account going against the restrictions set up by an arbitrator.  Jon allegedly emptied the account of everything but $1000 and pocketed$230,000.  This joint account was what Kate used to do wacky things like pay the family’s bills.

Neither party could take money out without consent, Kate says that historically she is the bill payer and she’d show proof of every bill she paid. All their liquid money was in this joint account. At one point Kate took it all out to keep it safe but put it back because of the arbitrators rules. And Kate knows that Ed Hardy ain’t cheap and that Jon was “erratically purchasing things”.

She says she has a purse full of bills that she can’t mail. Today Kate’s lawyers are going to court to try to get the money back.

Jon’s stated that he wants to stop production of the show for the welfare of his kids. But over the weekend Kate allegedly told them that they would not be filming. “and times eight there was wailing and crying. They love our crew , they love the interaction, they love the events….They are angry.”

When asked if she they “be friends and mediate together.” She stated that, “I will keep peace where I can keep peace. Obviously I’m very upset. I can’t sleep at night. I can’t pay my bills. He is receiving bad counsel, he has always been one to listen to the person that’s next to him and I think he’s receiving bad advice and I think he’s making bad decision”.

Their deal with TLC is that if either party thought it wasn’t good for the family, that the show would stop. Jon is wielding that power.  As Kate said “in one fell swoop”, the show and their income has been stopped.

The show is being suspended until the two parties can figure it all out.
