Kate Beckinsale: Sexiest Woman Alive (PHOTOS)
No one is sexier than Kate Beckinsale, at least according to Esquire magazine. The publication has given the British actress the title of 2009 Sexiest Woman Alive and she’s taking her position very seriously.
“I like the idea of it, too. I do,” the Whiteout actress says. “I’m feeling that I must earn this. I need to go out and become much better at pole dancing or something.” See more photos of Kate after the jump.
Beckinsale reveals that the title comes with a price. “This whole notion of being named ‘Sexiest Woman Alive’ is going to earn me quite a beating,” Kate says in her Esquire interview. “You can’t have that title with four brothers. I’ll get wedgies. Headlocks. Noogies.”
But at the end of the day, the Sexiest Woman Alive is most importantly, mother to daughter Lily. “I’m a regular working mom, who puts her kid in a bath, which is probably very annoying…when I’m like, ‘I have to go home now. My daughter needs a bath.’”
