Arrest Made in Killing of Ashley “A.J.” Jewell
An arrest has been made in the stabbing death of Ashley “A.J.” Jewell, the former fiancé of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss.
Fredrick Richardson, the Atlanta Journal-Constituion reports, has been charged with voluntary manslaughter in the beating and subsequent death of Jewell outside an Atlanta strip club.
Richardson was also injured in the fight and hospitalized from the injuries received in it. He will be taken to jail upon his release.
Police say that Jewell actually worked at the club but in what capacity is unclear. They also state that there are a number of witnesses that are cooperating with authorities to figure out what actually occurred.
