flavor flav cc08 250x300 Yo! Bum Rush The Homeroom – Flavor Flav Goes Back to High SchoolFlavor Flav is gonna get schooled. Real schooled. William Jonathan Drayton Jr aka Flavor Flav of Public Enemy fame will be soon hanging out with the underage set in his upcoming reality series. But don’t worry he won’t be swapping spit with the students in a search of a Mrs. Flav as he did in his Flavor of Love season one, two and three. His quest this time won’t be for a woman but a diploma.

Flav dropped out of high school in 10th grade and he’s been regretting it ever since. He wants to graduate and make his family proud. He has seven kids and two grandkids so he better get straight As and show them all a thing or two. But he really wants to please his mom. He told Access that, “I wanted to make my mother happy – my sisters both have their diplomas and I don’t yet. And so I want to make my mom smile and make her proud while she’s still alive.”

He also said that: “I want to use this show as an example that it’s never too late to go back. I want to use this show as a tool to show kids who are already in school to get your diploma while you’re there. There are a lot of things that you can’t do in your life without your diploma. I want to go back and fix it now. I want this to be influential on kids.”
