“Kate sees no reason to wait and drag this out,” an insider says about Jon’s desperate attempts at reconciliation. “She doesn’t think Jon is being sincere in hi comments. She thinks it’s all a publicity stunt.”

Jon released a statement on Tuesday saying he wanted to slow down his divorce proceedings from Kate in order to “restore their relationship and communication.” Looks like Kate isn’t buying it.

Sounds like the end of a manic episode to me. Bipolar?

Kate has had a lot to deal with, having children and trying to raise them in the TV eye, along with a marital relationship that was extremely difficult. No offense Jon but your intelligence level and Kate’s are very different and it is hard to tolerate someone under pressure who has no clue. Sorry. I believe Kate has been doing terrific and I give her A-plus in trying to make it work on her own with the kids.
