Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig Want People To Have Manners
This is the funniest thing I’ve heard all day. Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig were performing their play on Broadway and a cell phone rang during one of their acts and boy, were they pissed.
They actually stopped in mid monologue and asked the patron to answer their phone. It’s the thing we all want to do. Of course Hugh Jackman had the cajones to stop and say, “You wanna get that? You wanna get it, grab it! I don’t care, grab it. Grab your phone. It doesn’t matter. C’mon, just turn it off – unless you got a better story and you wanna get out and tell your story!”
The phone continued to ring and Daniel Craig jumped in on the fun to say, “Can you get that, whoever that is? Can you get it? We can wait, just get the phone.”
I don’t know about you, but I would have died a thousand deaths of embarrassment. (just like I did when someone told me I put the wrong Hugh in the title.) I guess that’s what I get for working late at night. *HANGS HEAD LOW*
