Kelly Rutherford Is Still Not Letting Her Husband See The Kids

Kelly Rutherford and her soon to be ex husband are still acting like children. Kelly was granted a temporary restraining order against her husband Daniel Giersch.

These two are just ridiculous. I think that we are getting a lot more of her side of the story than we do of his. She says he’s disrupting her life. He’s supposedly threatened the nanny and Kelly’s mom.

I guess there is some sort of custody agreement and Daniel says she’s not honoring it and he just wants to know where his kids are.

Kelly said, “From time to time I have some extra milk, but I never know when…I believe that the stress Daniel has created for me is also negatively impacting my ability to produce milk.”

Daniel filed his own papers on the same day. He says that Kelly always switches up the visits and he has serious concerns and, “immediate concerns that Kelly, her caretakers, and Kelly’s mother are causing immediate harm to [their] children.”

The two of them need to get it together. I can only see this getting worse.
