I’m Sure Cate Blanchett Has a Good Explanation For This Dress
Cate Blanchett was the guest of honor last week at the opening of the new exhibition Screen Worlds: The Story of Film, Television and Digital Culture in Melbourne, Australia. And somewhere out there a grandmother is shivering without her afghan.
Cate is usually so fashionable, so I’m sure there’s a good reason for this misstep. I’m thinking that, in a typical parental scenario, she was rushing around to get ready while at the same time trying to get her kids into bed. In her haste Cate covered up sons Dashiell, Roman and Ignatius with her Chanel gown and accidentally put on the blanket. At least I hope that’s what happened.
