Quit Badgering Oksana About Marrying Mel Gibson, Geez
If you haven’t received a “save the date” card for Mel and Oksana’s wedding yet, that’s because they’re not getting married. Once again, when asked by reporters on a British talk show about her wedding plans with Mel Gibson, Oksana all but slammed the door on the “couple” ever tying the knot.

“Actually we have no plans to marry whatsoever,” she told the morning show GMTV. “I haven’t thought about it – we haven’t spoken about it.”
Then, Oksana changed the subject to her pregnancy and her and Gibson’s baby, due in December:
“I have a 12 year old, so I’ve been a mother for 12 years – and of course, there is no first time mother’s trepidation as such,” Grigorieva said. “So naturally it’s more relaxed, and I’m very dynamic so the pregnancy falls into my work schedule.”
Something about her just really rubs me the wrong way. Anyway, it’s not too hard to decode what she’s really saying here: Why would I want to marry that drunk?
Oksana already has his child support coming and he’s already bankrolling her music career… so it’s the classic case of ‘why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free,’ except turned on its head.
Do you think Mel’s a complete trainwreck, and that’s why Oksana is dodging the marriage question? Are they even still dating?
