Sarah McLachlan and Her Daughters Leave The Emmys Behind
Sarah McLachlan and daughters India and Taja arrived back home in Vancouver today after spending a few days in Los Angeles. Sarah gave a moving performance at the Emmy Awards on Sunday. I’m glad to see she’s back on the scene, even if it was only for a few brief minutes.
The Grammy-award winner performed her song, “I Will Remember You” against the ‘In Memoriam’ montage which honors all the individuals who have passed away in the last year. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house. I’m glad they didn’t play the heart-wrenching commercial for the SPCA that is set to Sarah’s song “Angel” or I would have been bawling like a baby.
