Hayley, who lives at home with David in Encino, called her mother Pamela to tell her that David was extremely drunk and one of Pamela’s friends then called 911. Two years ago David’s older daughter Taylor Ann shot a video of her inebriated dad eating a hamburger off a hotel room floor while she asks him, “Dad, you need to promise me you’re not gonna get alcohol tonight, OK?”

My heart goes out to David’s daughters. No child should have to go through what they’ve gone through – to have to police a parent because that parent can’t hold it together

David was reportedly set to be released Sunday night. I’ll keep you posted.
