scott weiland seizure dead dies death Scott Weiland Is Not Dead; Suffered Seizure On AirplaneStone Temple Pilots frontman Scott Weiland suffered a seizure on an American Airlines flight just a few hours ago, TMZ is reporting. A source close to the singer says the seizure occurred while he was flying from Los Angeles to Miami and the plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

Of course, there are already the rumors flying around the internet that Weiland has died, but the source says he’s fine and even plans on attending the launch of his clothing line “Weiland for English Laundry” on Saturday.

Apparently Weiland has history of seizures, and was only taken to the hospital as a precaution. No doubt this was unsettling news for the singer’s friends and family to hear, especially his two young children Noah and Lucy. We wish Scott a speedy recovery!
