Kanye West Vs. Taylor Swift’s Mother and Beyoncé’s Dad
I would love to have been a fly on this wall: After Kanye West made an ass out of himself by crashing Taylor Swift’s VMA acceptance speech, Taylor’s mom, Andrea, reportedly asked to speak to the rapper backstage and then “tore into him.” It’s also being reported that Beyoncé’s dad, Matthew, who was shocked by Kanye’s outburst, comforted Taylor and her family and was responsible for arranging the moment in which Beyoncé gave Swift a second chance at the spotlight. Team Andrea! Team Matthew!
In Kanye’s first half-hearted apology he mentioned that Taylor’s mom “said the same thing my mother would’ve said,” and I’m sure we’re all dying to know what that is. Kanye was close to his mom Donda who passed away two years ago, and no doubt she would have slapped her son upside the head for disrespecting 19-year-old Taylor in that way. Also, I’m sure Beyoncés dad could crush Kanye like a fly.
Kanye, listen to your elders.
