Deryck Whibley Begs Wife Avril Lavigne To Have His Baby
Avril Lavigne’s husband, Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley, is apparently desperate for a child and has begged her, “if you love me, you’ll have my baby!”
According to pals, the couple’s marriage is on the rocks and Whibley thinks a baby would bring them closer together.
A source said, “I think Avril and Deryck are now just a divorce waiting to happen. The poor guy thought a baby would bring them back together. He’s crazy in love with her. But Avril wants less responsibility, not more. It is as if she’s ready to pull the plug on their life together. She acts like she just wants to be free.”
Friends claim the rocker-couple live much of their lives separately but that Deryck really wants to work things out despite Avril being seen with other guys and her loyality being called into question.
An insider said, “She’s breaking Deryck’s heart. He told Avril, ‘I want a family. We belong together.’ “But Avril immediately pulled away from him and has been partying ever since.”
The pal added that Deryck is hopeful they can patch things up. “He’s told Avril how he feels. The rest is up to her.”
I think they need to concentrate on their relationship before adding a baby to the mix!
