According to Johnny Law, Jon was clocked going 78.3mph in a 55mph zone in Allentown, PA  yesterday. After weeks of waiting for his new Mercedes-Benz SUV, I guess Jon just couldn’t help himself — kinda like a teenager getting his first car.

Jon’s new wheels were delivered on Sunday, after almost a month of luxury car shopping with Hailey Glassman. At least Jon was reportedly polite to the officer who pulled him over and none of his kids were in the car at the time. Does he have a “Baby on Board” sticker on his window?

Apparently, the fine will only come out to about $165, along with the enrollment fees into whatever horrendously boring defensive driving program Jon decides to do. The thought of Jon in a defensive driving class ought to make some Jon-haters happy.

In the interest of full disclosure, I too got a ticket for doing 25mph over the speed limit once… in high school.
